Market Gaps in Governance, Land Rights & Access to Justice
The issues around civic engagement and governance, land and property rights along with access to and delivery of justice are extremely crucial for any country. While estimating the scale of these problems in a country like India is challenging to compute, available statistics and data support the argument that there is a need for creative thinking and innovative approaches to solve these as the traditional methods are not sufficient to bring about radical changes.
